Tape and roll!
For this one you will need some money cuz you will be buying duct tape. You will need about 3 rolls, then you go to a semi busy nieghborhood that has a few cars driving around constantly. Next you lay the tape down across the road sticky side up (dont stretch it across the whole street or you will run out fast). If some one runs over the tape and they arent going too fast it will stick and wrap around their tires, in a couple seconds they should hear the tape and they will stop. Then if the dont look like they could beat the shit out of you wait till they take the tape off the tires on one side of their car then when the go to take it off the other side Then run up and retape it. If they dont notice you by the time they get back to the side that you retaped they will be freakin out.
